As your home inspector, it is my duty, and my privilege, to provide you with the best service possible and equip you with the information you need about the property's condition. With 22 years of construction experience and six years of inspection experience — I have the experience and knowledge necessary to provide a detailed inspection and to distinguish between major and minor problems with the home.
I encourage you to be present during the inspection. You'll be able to see the home's condition first-hand, and I'll be able to explain everything to you as we move through the house.
What We Inspect and Why
A home inspection is a visual examination of the home's major structure, systems, and components that are visible and safely accessible. Buying a home is typically the biggest investment you will ever make, so it's important to get a home inspection because the inspector can find and document defects that may or may not be obvious to you as a prospective buyer. Such defects can range from simple replacements or repairs to severe damage or safety and health concerns.
